LONG-TERM PROPERTY
LETTINGS CO-ORDINATOR

Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing the
process of renting out properties, ensuring compliance with
regulations and providing support to both landlords and tenants.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of
experience in the property market, preferably with a focus on
HMO management and Guaranteed Rent Scheme organizations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are
essential, along with a strong work ethic. Candidates must hold
a valid UK driving license and demonstrate a results-oriented
mindset, creativity, and the capacity to effectively multitask
in high-pressure environments.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering a competitive
