WE ARE SEEKING TO EMPLOY A

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

to lead the organisation into the future.

The role will be strategic management of the organisation including managing the finance and fundraising teams.

We are seeking a dynamic person, committed to supporting families and children. The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to work with sensitivity to our parent body and the local community ethos. Managerial experience that includes budgeting, compliance, forward planning and negotiating and managing contracts will be an advantage.
